FS Windows 7 Ultimate x64 OEM Upgrade PRICE DROP

I have a copy of HP Windows 7 Ultimate x64 bit upgrade. Comes with a Microsoft certificate of authenticity sticker with an unused serial key.
These are OEM from HP but they will work on any brand of computer. They include two discs, one is an HP upgrade manager and that one only works on HP... the other is the Windows 7 Upgrade disc. Anyway if you don't have HP please only buy if you know these will work for you as I cannot give refunds on software because of the key/etc.
I can tell you that I got 2 of these and the one I am keeping works on a system I built with parts I got from here and none are HP. I also was able to do a fresh install without no problem at all.
