Please avoid trading with biohazard

Post by blade »

And it really pains me to say that. :(

I don't know what's going on with him but it's strongly suggested to not enter into any deals with him. See here for some of why:
http://www.pcabusers.net/forums/showthr ... eadid=4309

There's even more to it. Poor or no ccommunication, sending a bogus tracking number and many missed promised shipping dates are the main reasons. And never in any hurry to finalize his end of intended cross ships.

Fortunatley he has taken care of most he was far behind in but still a few remain. Any left please post here and any results or communication from him. He's told me several times he has contacted everyone in the past few days but I know that's not the case. He isn't a crook (not yet) but just one who can't seem to do what he agreed to do, many many times.

He was a real good trader at one time so I just wish we knew what happened.

Sorry to see this and I should have chimed in earlier

Sorry to see this and I should have chimed in earlier.

Well fellas I owe all of you a big apology for not coming forward about Mike.

Sometime ago at the old AGN board Mike pulled this same crap on me and smb and cost both Sal and myself a decent spot of cash in making things up to other traders for his lack of follow through with us. Also sadly Mike is one of the reasons Scott (iam4u2nv) had such a rough time at the old AGN as he was always trying to cover Mike's arse and felt responsible for him.

Mike did send extra goods to myself(I don't think he ever made it right with Sal) to try and make up for his inability to deliver but the stuff couldn't make up for lost time, $$, and customers for me. Sadly Mike is a very nice guy but he cannot be trusted because he does out and out lie about when he ships, what he has to trade, its condition, its ability (I can go on) and even sadder he has lied on more than one occassion about personal matters affect his life/health/etc to try and excuse his behavior.

If anyone can remember I brought this to light at the old AGN and it caused Mike to make a decision to no longer trade there (he said he wasn't going to trade anywhere) but about a day or 2 after his PUBLIC OUTCRY FOR SYMPATHY he was trading heavily at sysopt. Then he came here when we moved.

This was after a fair bit of time had passed so I figured I that everyone deserves a second chance so I let it be. FOR THIS I AM TRULY SORRY!! I should of known that he would fall back into his old ways and sure enough it seems that he has based on what I have read.

Mike I hate to let others know of your bad history but since you had a second chance and are currently seeing fit to screw up again I feel I have no choice but to tell people about your past actions.

Blade I would normally never say this but I feel that it is PCAs and everyone in our community's best interest if he be banned. I HATE saying this about anyone but Mike has had a chance (more than one) and does not seem to be able to live up to the responsibilty of being an online trader.

Please feel free to email me for more info if you need it and I would think that smb could add more input if anyone would like as well.

Again fellas I am sorry for letting you all down and letting him comeback here without filling you all in up front and for that I am truly at fault.

He's already been told he can't trade anymore and not to post at all unless in reply to one asking about their trade. I was trying to wait on a ban till all were taken care of but he's carrying this on for far too long so there is no other choice, he is banned. I just hope he does finish the remaining deals.

Thanks for your story GCS. For some reason I think there might be more.

Sadly you are probably right.

I truly had hoped for the best with Mike because I do think he is a good guy but sometimes the "good" part just can't overcome that little bit of "evil" inside.

Its a shame.

Man, this is pretty serious. I haven't really been keeping on top of this thing, but I thought Bio was working it all out.

sigh Just another good trader down the tube :( It's sad, really. I was always under the impression he was one of the best.

I didn't forget about the AGN deal, but I too offered a second chance, under no certain criteria. (i.e you ship first, then I ship, even though he offered) I am still ab bit short for a deal we had made, but at this time, I would rather see that hetake care of other deals before completing mine. I do really hope he fixes whatever ails him.

The $41 MO he supposedly had sent me still hasn't shown up yet. Hopefully it'll come by the end of the week cause I don't think it takes 3 freakin' weeks for a MO to get here, even snail mail it would've arrived by now...

Either that or its slow arse USPS @ work (or lack of work) again :(

Bio, an email to me checking up on our deal once in a blue moon would be nice....

Gotta keep this at the top!!!

blade, for what it's worth I think you're doing the right thing. I've had a few issues with Biohazard in the past also, but never to this extent. It really is sad that this had to happen this way, and I'm really dissappointed in Biohazard's actions lately.

Mike/Bio, finish these deals asap and get out of trading at this point man - this is no way to treat others and you've stepped WAY over the line on these trades. Perhaps you have other things to deal with, but you also have a HUGE responsibility to complete the deals you've started. (allbeit a long time ago...)

It is always bad for all of us to see a trusted trader do this to others - and why is this all necessary? I just don't get it...

I am waiting for a callback from the postal inspectors in detroit. I will post contact info including the name of the postal inspector and the telephone and fax #s later today. I will post threads at other trading sites as well referring back to this thread.

at a minimum everyone will need

hardcopy of all emails
copy of receipt for payment mo, etc.
description of the item(s) purchased

It is most unfortunate that Bio would rather have the postal inspectors in his life than make good on his deals. Everyone here, esp. Blade, has gone the extra mile to try and get this resolved. Gumby and I have both have major deals for systems with bio where we payed over a month ago and have received only emails that the systems were sent 10-15 days ago, with no tracking info. Who knows how many other people are out there hanging.

Bio, welcome to the law enforcement database.

It pains you to say it and it pains me to read it. Nothing worse than a good man gone over to the dark side.

Mike - I hope you get your shit straight 'cause people here are willing to forgive , but not forget. The forgiving part is contingent on contrition however ie: getting those outstanding deals squared away.
