wtb - cable modem

I"d like to get one as a back up . mine maybe shorting out . i find i have lost signal about once a day and i replaced the router to no avail. so that only leaves me to think its the modem . its a freak outage but anyways what you have avail ?
the Last time I was Talking to myself . I got into such a heated argument . that is why I swore I never talk to that guy again. you know what it worked now no buddy talking to me. :help
