My living room media center PC died.

Anyone got a mobo & CPU lying around? Doesn't have to be a power house - the old system was an Athlon32 3200+. Anything that class or better is fine. Just need something reliable.

My old CPU MIGHT be okay but I don't want to mess with it. Just want a known good mobo & CPU.

I would prefer AGP so I can use the existing card but I can manage with PCI-E.

MOST IMPORTANT: No fan on the motherboard chipset. It's an MCE system and quiet is a must.

If you want the mobo+cpu i can ship it...but i won't even be able to carry the system to the post office...it's about 35inches tall and weighs at least 30lbs

or if you want, i can hold it until you are in the city one day...i won't hold you to it if you change your mind though.
