WTB : MOBO for a Viper matrix ( bestbuy) series 110 laptop

Picked one up and pretty sure the mobo is shot as apperently it was plugged in and produced a puff of smoke and is now completely dead.. 
Of course I was not there when this happened so ???
Anyone have one layng around ???
