OT what would you do???

I traded 2 cpus for one to a person here a few weeks back.
due to some mishaps and illnesses both parties were a little late on shipping. Now this person received the 2 chips last monday and I have yet to get mine. I was sent a bogus tracking # and when confronted with it the guy s says he was sick and didnt get to ship and that he would ship last friday overnite. Here it is tuesday and still no proc.
Upon calling this guy on the phone last night all he could say was that if the chip didnt get here today(tuesday) to call him and let him know. this I done but he is not in. Also last night when I called he STILL had no tracking or DC ## for me. Here is the kicker. this guy is a known GOOD trader on these boards and has a shit load of evals on heatware.But the more I think about it the madder I get cuz it seems Like IM BEING ****ED WITHOUT GREASE!!!!!!!!!!!

Hmm that really does blow by the sounds of it , esp considering the fact that the person mentioned has good heatware and credibility.
If both parties agreed to cross ship on a deal then i dont see why the other person is having such a bad time of it , one time yeah being ill or serious family matters kind of puts a damper on things but even so a simple email really goes a long way to relieve any potential stress that always encurs with any deal (no matter how good the trader your at the mercy of the shipping co')but also the fact that you had to call the person up TWICE to ask for a simple tracking# which i assume was agreed upon is really low IMO.
I hope you get your situation resolved ASAP .
Sorry if i dont have any good advice to give you just my opinion .

I can understand late shipment very rarelly but hay stuff happenes but continued late shipment and blatent lies is Total bs! Definetly time for a neutral or negative review on heatware. or have them make it up 2 U by sending extra stuff or something.

, can relate here. This stuff isn't exactly good.
A man needs to be good for his word on a deal, no matter what amount of cash, etc.
Please straighten these deals out, keep your end of the deals.

This blows Randy - I especially don't like the part about the bogus tracking number. Giving a false tracking number might constitiute Mail Fraud - you might look into it for a little leverage [call your post master]. I find it disturbing that so many people don't grasp the concept that
"you are only as good as your word"

I can understand that sometimes things happen that are out of your control and can hold up a deal but if he openly lied to you about the tracking number I wouldn't count on anything else he say's until it actually happens.hope it works out to your satisfaction but if not be vocal about about you're experience.A lie is a lie,fry him

sometimes i say i'll ship friday and i'll end up shipping monday...

you guys need to understand that people DO get sick. I actually have pnumonia (is that how you spell it?) right now... i've wanted to buy lots of stuff...but i'm gonna hold off for awhile...

just call him and tell him off... go... if you don't ship i'm gonna turn you in for mail fraud...or stuff like that

you know if you pay with a POSTAL POSTAL POSTAL money order, and they rip you off, it's mail fraud... but it must be a USPS POSTAL --hehe

well note that i'm not taking a side...i try not to. there are always two sides to a story and i've only heard one.

hey, I'm stepping in here to just say it's MY fault. NO one else. I'm working out details on fixing things.

BTW I also ask folks who owe me eval. BE HONEST WITH YOURSELVES. If you feel I've ****ed up, say it. I'm gonna go down here, let one good thing come of this and use my ass as an example.
