Sal,

I have one in system at home that I'm going to upgrade. I believe it's a Biostar board and has a has either a KT133 or KM133 chipset. Not sure if it will meet your needs but I'll check tonight when I get home to verify exact specs.

I have a PC Chips M825 its a fast little board...I was suprised. $25 shipped.
