WTB: Mobo/CPU/HSF combo

Hello all,
I'm looking for a mobo/CPU/HSF combo for a fileserver. My only request is that the board has AGP and that it supports PC3200 DDR. Other than that I'm open to any offers, the cheaper the better.

I have an ECS P4 motherboard, Intel 2.6ghz Prescott P4 with retail hs/fan.
Working fine when pulled in favor of an an Opteron setup
:
Been sitting on the shelf for about a month or so now.

How about a Dual P3 1Ghz (Socket 370's) with hsf's/512MB SDRam PC133/Acorp SMPDual P3 Mobo= 75.00 shipped. Rock Solid setup, and is my current server. I am upgrading to an AMD setup for the server for better folding output.
