He has ripped off many at hardforum. As of 03/02/05 he owes one $600 worth of computer parts and another $2200 for a laptop and has stopped responding.

*03/05/2005 - Richard Warren was arrested for possession of stolen property and fraud by the Santa Cruz, Ca. Sheriff's Dept.

Arrested for possession of stolen property and fraud. They caught him with a bunch of items and are trying to sort out all the victims. Anyone taken by this low life please contact the detective listed below:
