I have the sk41g installed as my HTPC on my 48" widescreen. Rock solid box and good price.

Processor, ram and HD + Optical drive. It's a barebones sytem: Case, Mobo, HSF and PSU are included.

yea, they both ahve intergrated video and sound. you need the CPU, RAM, HD, and Optical.
