http://www.tigerdirect.com has UV and LED 80mm and 120mm for $6.99. Don't Know if this is cheap or not, but they have other good stuff too

ok, so swat me.

the cheapest fan is one that will keep your processor(s) etc. alive

with your fast P4 and the tendency of pc abusers to overclock - mebbe you want the new hydro-cooled or air-conditioned fans - the ones i saw on Ebay had built-in lights too...
