Wanted... Complete AMD 1800 or better PC, I have 450 USD

Hi
I have 450 USD to spend (600 CAD)... heres what I want.
I want a AMD xp (or barton) 2000+ or better
I would like a NF7-S Mobo (or anything)
DDR Ram
cdrw or dvd drive.
Case & power supply
If i have money left I would like a video card.
I dont need Hard drive.. I have an 80 gig seagate, but if its in the complete comp ill take it.
