Are these gone yet?
If not I am interested although I have the same question as bman. A quick look at the ATI site does not list a non pro version of the 9600 AIW either a current or discontinued product....
Thanks.

actually the box doesnt say pro...so I dont know if it is an early box design, or is a phantom non pro, or what. I just put what the box said.
when I get more guys I will let you all know.

Oddly enough the the 9600 non-pro now shows up on the ATI site as an "official" product
http://www.ati.com/products/radeon9600/ ... index.html as well as Newegg so either I missed it before or it is a brand spanking new addition to their product line brought to you first by Nexus_7 @ PC Abusers...
Greg's was still a great price btw, as Newegg has it at $200.

yup, confirmed that it is a non-pro AIW 9600. i received mine from nexus_7 and checked it out. the only major difference is that the non-pro does not have an FM input like the pro and the clock speed is a little lower...but i didn't buy this to record radio or play games on anyway.
thanks nexus_7 !
