A possible trade desktop+monitor for laptop

Ok I'm going through a big move soon and
I think I might want to get rid of my desktop.
God I think so, been losing allot of sleep.
Here is what I got:
300w Ps
Aopen AK72
650mhz Athlon/goldorb(never o/c'd)
128mb pc-133
TNT2 M64(quake3 1024x768 32bit 17-19.4FPS)
Storm Platinum Vortex 2 sound card
3.5 Floppy
Western digital 6.4gig ata33
Matrix 10.2gig ata66 5400
Toshiba 4X dvd (sisandra says 5x)
Ricoh 7040 4x2x24(updated 7060 firmware)
56K soft modem
4 usb Ports
Monitor: TRL Royal .27(I think)1024x768 32bit
Completely home built
What I'm looking for:
PII/AmdIII or whatever
4+gig
24x CD-ROM
56K modem
Travel bag
One of those personal cd-players that play mp3s
Not looking to do any thing now, just putting it out.
Maybe by the 30th?
