the laptop has a "Monkeying Around" stick on the front of the case and the latch no longer catches when you close the lid. Otherwise it is FULLY functional

the ZIF socket on this board is broken. One of the tabs that holds the cpu cooler is cracked off. I'm sure one of you can mod it to work, especially with the newer class of CPU coolers
