Going back to college, selling PC, PS2, PC games, etc.

I'm going back to college and I'm liquidating my PC, which consists of:

Right now I'm not O/C'ing, but was running it at 2.85 stable for quite some time. Should do ~3.0+, with better cooling.
Given the amount, and the fact I'm a noob, I don't see how I can ship it. I would rather have someone pick it up at my place, or I can deliver it to w/in 30 miles of metro Chicago. First $700 takes this puppy, thanks. Let me know if there's some forum rule against pick-up-only.
