Decent mobo/CPU combo - must be ATX, would prefer a Duron setup if I can get it, otherwise a Celeron or cheap P3 would be good.
Decent video card - need one of the following, in order of preference:
G400 16MB single-head (will take a 32MB if it's cheap!
)3Dfx Voodoo3
anything else, as long as it's better than a Matrox G200
