The unit (w/ ac+usb), a battery, and 6 MD's. I don't have the headphones/manual for it, but I will burn the pdf manual on a cd for you.

A little scuffed up on the front, but all in excellent working order. the open discs have been written on at max 5 times. I need to find me something a bit smaller.. or save for the really slim MD's
asking $85 shipped prio for it all.
