Duron 800 Retail for sale/trade

I have a duron 800 retail for sale, box has been opened, but not the blister pack, this thing is brand spanking new, I don't know how well it will overclock since i've never opened it, i'm looking for $100 shipped or possibly trade? shoot me some offers, thanks.

I was going to use it and overclock it, but rather than buy a new motherboard and power supply I just decided to stick with my p3v4x and run a celeron 600 @ 900 instead...
