Comes w/ the transfer cable, a case (not too good, i just got it for free), and sony headphones. Software will be the bare drivers plus 3rd party stuff (rioworld.org). It's less bloat and works w/ 2k/xp. It sucks a bit of juice, so i'd recommend some NiMH's if you plan on using it a lot.

has the latest firmware which supports 128MB SM (have not tested). 64MB onboard.
