XBOX COMBO( TRADE FOR GAME CUBE?) & TBIRD COMBO(FOR SALE)

Here it is again. selling the mighty XBox system and games.
This is what i have:
XBox system with box,controller,cables, manuals(only about 15 hours use)never registered.
Tony Hawk 3 (brand new)
Dave Mirra Freestyle BMX2
Project Gotham Racing
Amped
I want to get $430 shipped for this. OR trade for some sort of gamecube setup.
I also have this TBird combo:
MSI K7N420 Pro NForce motherboard http://www.msi.com.tw/products/mainboar ... el=MS-6373
TBird 900 with hs/fan. this is currently running at 1gig. ive never tried higher as the hs/fan is not good enough for higher
256 megs DDR (1 stick) have no idea what brand it is.
I want to get $265 for this combo OR i want MSI MS-6215T NetPC with some ram. http://www.newegg.com/app/viewproduct.a ... 56-101-204
Let me know if this unreasonable.
