I bought two and kept the one that overclocked the best..... this is unlocked w/locktite.... not the best overclocker, but only $45 bucks!

I ran this at 750 on my KT7RAID w/ a standard GlobalWin HSF.... I couldn't get it above that, but it was rock solid at that...... since everything varies from system to system....... I'll only guarantee that it's not DOA.... Paypal preferred!!

almost forgot....... I can add a small dab or artic silver grease with this....... can't beat that stuff!
