WTTF: Asus P3V4X

I need a new Asus P3V4X. The IDE channels on my old one are becoming too finnicky so I had to buy an older P3V133 which has too few PCI slots for my usage. Otherwise it's a fine Slot 1 Mobo, jumper overclockable.
So here's what I have to work with in trade for a P3V4X:
Asus P3V133 Mobo - practically brand new, been running for 3 days
Asus P3V4X Mobo - ~8 months old, the IDE channels are screwy - boot, won't boot, etc.
Logitech QuickCam USB - I have 2 of these - one is brand new, one is ~8 months old
ADSL Modem - SpeedStream 5260 - ~8 months old
