WTB Boy Scouts need a laptop

My Boy Scout troop (211 Olney, IL) is in need of a cheap laptop for record keeping. It needs the following:
Win 98
1+ gig hd
CD or DVD drive
Floppy drive
64 meg ram
a nic card would be nice
