mobo/cpu combo for sale

I have a MSI K7 Pro and a Athlon 900 Thunderbird (SLOT A) w/ Heatsink Fan and 128MB PC100 for sale, works great, just upgraded to a P3 and have no use for it anymore.
$125 shipped too much?

For it to be an
upgrade he must have got an Intel P4 2.2G CPU, then overclocked it

I got a unlocked tualitan engineering sample, does 1.4Ghz, flies.
Anyways, anyone want to buy this combo?
