WTB: AT Desktop case (Aopen or similar) and a 10-15GB HD

Hey guys, looking to put together a Desktop (book-type) PC. Here are my requirements:
---> Case must be AT and in desktop (not tower) form.
---> Would like to have at least 5 expansion slots in back ( for video card, sound, etc.)
---> NO PSU needed
**Hoping for a local deal where shipping would not be a killer**
As for the HD, I am looking for a nice, lightly used 10-15GB. I prefer ATA 66-100, 5400 is perfectly ok. Probably better for what I am thinking anyway. I would like a Maxtor or WD HD with at least a year left on the warranty.
