It is still available. I saw one at BestBuy for $149 tonight.

Will this work with @home? I tried to find some info on @home's site, but they don't seem to want to make this information available, since they want you to buy or rent from them

Yes it will. I have a buddy in Texas that has @home and the same cable modem.
