WTB/WTT I need to upgrade !! Please help !!

hey all, I've been meaning to do this for some time now, so finally here I am !
First thing, I need a new CPU, Slot1 P3 450@504 doesn't cut it with me anymore
it's a SL35D (can do 600mhz but mobo unstable) would anyone trade me my CPU and sopme cash for a Slot1 of higher mhz???? please?? I'm lookin for an 800mhz P3 or close to it
if you have one and you're willing trade make a deal with me PLEASE !! LMK ASAP !!
and Also !
looking for a 200 or 233 mmx CPU, I can't install DirectX 8a on my sisters computer because it has a Cyrix M2 333 init....stupid chip... so if you've got a 200 or 233mmx LMK !
and last but not least, some ram for my sisters computer....72 pin.. lookin for 2, 32meg sticks
don't even know how much that would cost me...but somebody please get back to me if they've got anything I need laying around

Hmmm, I'm sure that would have a bit more balls then the Cyrix would
how much ya want for it?
and, in any case, still looking for a P200/233 MMX CPU
even if I get the AMD, I could always use the MMX
also, and update in the ETB part....
anyone have a cheap hard drive?? 2 gigs or so??

I have a new 200MMX Intel OveDrive (has integrated hs/fan and works on single-plane boards). I'll toss in 2X32 SIMMs for the P3-450. I may have some other things, too.

I have hardly any cash
and unfortunately...I'll just have to go with a CPU upgrade, at least for now. In the future I will get myself a new mobo.
So, here's what I'm looking for just as a re-cap
WTT my P3 450@504 and some $$ for a P3 800 slot1
WTB P200/233MMX CPU
WTB some ram, 2 sticks of 32 meg 72 pin
(and a correction... it's WTB not ETB...)
WTB 2 gig hard drive

I have a Rise MP6 300Mhz, if I can get it working (haven't tried) in my server, i'll sell you the p233mmx in it

I have a P2 233MMX w/ HS & Fan on an ECS MB with 64MB Ram (4X16, but I can look for some 32's instead) for $60 + shipping. let me know what you got to trade if your interested.

How much would that set me back??
I'm lookin to trade my PIII with some cash for a combo like that...still lookin for a CPU in the 800mhz range (board can only go up to 800)
and does anybody have such a combo or a Celeron2 800????
