WTTF: 8mb or better PalmOS device (Have MD package, headphones, DVDs, Firewire CDRW)

Looking for an 8mb PalmOS PDA, here is the order in which I'd prefer them:
Clie 760/710 > Clie 610 > Palm m505 > Visor Prism > Clie 320 > Visor Pro > Palm IIIc > Palm m500 > Palm Vx > Clie 300 > HandEra > Palm m125 > Visor Deluxe > palm m105 > Palm IIIxe
As you can see, I prefer color and small form factor, but also looking for a good deal. I can add cash, but would prefer to trade for at least part of the total amount. For trade I have:
1. Aiwa AM-F70 portable MiniDisc player/recorder (Review and Pics HERE)
-includes headphone remote, battery extender, li-ion gumstick battery, optical recording cable, AC adapter
-also comes with the following retail prerecorded albums: Aerosmith: Toys in the Attic, Cypress Hill: III, Top Gun Soundtrack, Pearl Jam: Ten
-also comes with 5 blank minidiscs, 4 sealed, one that was used once, these are the Sony premium gold brand, top of the line, 80 minute discs
2. Grado SR-60 headphones, excellent condition with original box, packaging, and paperwork. Very nice headphones, great for rock and loud music. Some of the best headphones you can find under $100.
3. DVDs:

-Shawshank Redemption
4. 40x CD rom, generic
5. Firewire CD/HDD enclosure w/ 12x4x32 Iomega CDRW w/burnproof and your choice of 6 pin to 6 pin cable or 6 pin to 4 pin cable (for laptop firewire ports).
6. PC games:
-Black and White
-Delta Force 2
-Deux Ex
-Outcast
-Half Life
-Quake III
-Unreal Tournament
-mechwarrior 2
-Heavy Gear 2
-Jedi Knight and Mysteries of the Sith
