FS: Celly 366 + half funktioning mobo $30

its a celly 366 slot 1, works fine to my knowledge.
the mobo on the otherhand is a gigabyte bx-6xp2. it was working fine untill i tried adding hd's and ram. then i stopped getting video. it still powers up, and it seems like it could work ok if troubleshooted but no guarantees.
