One month old. Hardly used a week. I got this in trade from a client who bought it to use with a dental camera system but the software didn't support ATI cards.

Overclocked for one day just for testing purposes - ran at 210 Mhz no problem (183 is default). These cards will supposedly do 220 Mhz easy.

No box, but I have the manual and installation CD which includes the driver, and utilities (hardware DVD player, etc).
