<a target=NEW href="http://www.visiontek.com/product1.shtml">Visiontek Geforce3</a>(w/TV out) for sale. This is a brand new retail box still sealed. Lowest one on pricewatch is about $300 shipped, and thats a white box. So I figure $290 shipped for a retail box is fair.

EDIT: Cheapest RETAIL version of this card on PW is about $330 shipped. So I'll go down to $290 shipped in the US.
