Title pretty much sums it up... looking for a Herc Prophet4500 KyroII card, in AGP and 64mb flavor, in trade for my Radeon PCI card with S-vid out (and some cashola on the side). Your card should be in good shape, as is mine. Alternatively, i'll take your Kyro plus some cash in return for my BA4800s. Either way works for me...
