I am planning to upgrade to an AMD 1.4 gig with DDR motherboard. Now none of the new boards have an ISA slot anymore. Well I still have an ISA modem which is a US Robotics 56K Modem. Dam good modem but I won't be able to use it in the new motherboard. Now I have to find a PCI modem but I don't want a Winmodem. Can I get some recommendations for some good ones?

The only PCI hardware modem I can think of is the US Robotics Gamers modem but that sucker is about $120. I would like to find something cheaper but also good quality.

I would be willing to trade the US Robotics ISA modem for it. I paid about $100 for it about a year ago brand new.
