WTB Motherboard for a Duron 800

I am looking to buy a motherboard for a Duron 800 CPU, socket a. I'm not looking to spend too much money, so plz LMK, it doesnt have to be a great motherboard, just one that will run and has an AGP port, and possibly one ISA and/or onboard sound. PM me plz.
