Compaq Smart Array 3200 Caching RAID controller: $400
This is a sweet RAID card, has 64MB ECC cache built in. Has internal expansion card for 2 internal 68pin and 2 external 68pin VHDCI connectors. This card retails for well over $1000 at pricewatch and pricegrabber. It’s opened, but only used for a few hours at the most.
