Bio was supposed to have sent me my Mo today (on payday friday), but haven't heard from him in an email. Reg, you were supposed to receive a refund from him today also, have you heard from him?

iam4u2nv, do you know if he has or has not?

[EDIT] Nevermind, foolish me forgot its only Thursday today. Hope to hear something from Biohazard tomorrow...

Plucky

I talked with Mike and any money owed is going today. I can verify it is payday. :)
I need it too. I am cash low but spend high at the moment.
I think priority shipping with a confirmation on money orders would not be out of the question with this type of delay.

Actually I think overnight would have been his best move. Especially after all the many lies about shipping before. Thanks for your help Scott. ;)

Hammer
I too would like to come back online on a daily basis but actually Mike was telling the truth about one thing. We have a hell of a time loading this page from work. For some reason many times we get a dns error on the page. I have pinned it down to a proxy problem but I can not figure out why it is getting blocked. Actually there are about 20 pages that seem to get blocked by our proxy but not consistently. I hate problems that are not happening all the time, it makes it a bite to diagnose. Anyhow I did not see mike at the end of the day but I will call him and ask about the money going out. Thanks for the updates and I am sure we can resolve the rest of these issues. Mike, though he has not come out and posted it here, wants to finish these deals and does feel the obligation to do so. He told me this and I do believe him.

No email here either. Reg, I'm assuming you didn't get one also?

Sorry guys. He's promised me around 10 times he's sent emails to each of you. Obviously he's ashamed and just can't face you. If it weren't for Saint Scott helping out this probably will never end. I believe yours was sent Gumby by standard ground up but all we can do is wait and see. As for the refunds to plucky and reg abviously we have too wait also. He said he'll send them friday. Too bad he doesn't have the balls to talk to you guys about this.

here's an update for the membership on my deal with Bio

I received the system i paid for on jan 14 on March 1.
this was a fairly barebones katmai/600 system.
It came with a novell client installed which prevented me from getting in at all and i eventually had to reformat the hd, which i was going to do anyway. Bio threw in an extra hd, not sure if it works, may need to be formatted, but the one i bargained for was there and is working. there is a yet unknown glitch with posting, which i haven't had time to track down. It seems to only want to post about 1/4 time, but when it does post it seems ok. since this machine was to be a "mission critical" machine, i'll have to sort this out before it can be used. the price on this system was low, so i'm not particularly worried if i'm going to have to replace the mobo or the ram. I consider the deal done at this point.

this deal was an extraordinary pain in the ***, and after 2 years of online trading has made be gun-shy about ever buying a system again off the boards (still buying other stuff, though :) )

I would like to thank Blade, Renovation, Iam24unv, the Michigan police officers, and everybody else who worked very hard to try make this deal and the rest of Bio's deals complete.

Two final thoughts here. First, the regular traders have to post accurate evals, because that's the only way we can protect each other. I know I too have been guilty of posting evals that were a little candy coated on Heatware.
2. This one is especially for the new traders. The mods here and the other senior traders will work very hard to protect people who are trading on this board. you can trade with confidence at PCA !

over and out.

That's why you should buy from guys like me and Wolfman35 with proven track records. I've sold over 100 systems in the last 2+ years online and lord knows how many Wolfman with his incredible prices has sold. I've never had 1 complaint and as far as I know neither has he. You might save a few bucks going with someone who isn't known for selling systems and test your luck, but when you go with either Chuck or myself you know that you are getting the real deal.

has ANYONE heard from him lately. I'm afraid something has happened to him. This is probably the longest he has ever gone without communicating with me. No email and his phone rings, rings, rings.....

Someone tell me he's alive and well.
