WTT: 256MB Infineon PC150 for 256MB PC133 Infineon SDRAM

Looking for one of Compuwiz's famous Infineon SDRAM modules.

A 256MB PC133 that will run at 150MHz 2-2-2 (need it to match my two other sticks).

It should be marked as such (all of it):
SDRAM
Infineon HYB39S128800CT-7.5
PC133 CAS 2 256MB
256MB 16x8
SDR133-6L

Let me know what ya got! I have one 256MB PC150 Infineon stick for trade, straight up!!! But it's got to be one of Compuwiz's ol' sticks!
