Anyone ripped off by Nick Ervin please check in

Please either post here what happened or email me. This is <b>very</b> important. I hope some are still around. Problem is when some get ripped off they leave the trading scene.

If anyone knows others who were ripped off by him then please let me know. thanks

Most of his doings go back to early last year and some the year before. Search anands for Nick Ervin and Nicholas Ervin, there are many threads on his antics. Here's one from our bad trader list, and check there for his own website even:

Please, we need any who were taken by him to come forward. The FBI and the postal inspector are interested in getting him but we need those taken by him to come forward. If anyone knows any of those ripped off by him please let them know about this. Or if they prefer they can email inspector Gary Yardley at: gdyardley@uspis.gov all the info.
