The processor I purchased new from Newegg a few years ago back when they were the rage, it has served well, never overclocked past the 2.4 it has been running at, (just never tried)
This is in a community sponsored Folding rig that I host (PCPER.com folding frogs) and the reason I am selling it is to upgrade the old girl to something a little more modern, So I would prefer a straight sale, the only trade item I would consider is an LGA 775 P4 processor, that is the last piece that I need for the upgrade.
