I'm also looking for either a GeForce2 MX or GeForce 256 DDR w/ TV-Out. This is also for the aforementioned friend and TV-Out takes priority over DDR, since he's getting a DVD drive as well.
Looking to spend ~$100 shipped on the video card.

And finally I have another friend who is putting together a computer but is limited to a BabyAT case and practically no budget. Essentially he's building a surfer/paper computer on college loan leftovers.
The board needs to be BabyAT w/ AT power connections, support a 100Mhz FSB K6-2, and on board sound or video would be great. AGP is unimportant, absolutely no gaming here.
On board video or sound (or both) takes priority since he has so little money. Off brand boards are OK, as long as they're reliable.
He can only spend ~$55-65 shipped on this purchase.
References are always a plus.
I'm always open to reasonable offers.
