The dock comes with the remote and cables. There is a USB cable to hook it to the computer, as well as A/V cables to hook it to a Tv. The remote allows for control of a "slideshow" on the TV.
Also included with the dock are 2 rechargeable batteries and the camera will charge while in the dock.
I believe the camera itself has 32 megs on-camera memory and it comes with a 16meg SD card
(Note you do NOT get the 128 meg card above, that is simply for reference to see what an SD card looks like)
Camera alone sells new for $237 on Newegg
The dock sells for around 50 - 70 new at various retailers.
