this is for an upgrade for a friend, the vid card can be an nvidia also whatever is about the same performance as the radeon 7000. for the hsf something overkill would be good as his house is hotter than hades in the summer.

I have a Radeon 7000 AGP & an original MCX462 (it's about as overkill as you can get). Its similar to This one but it does not have the helicoiled pins, mine are smooth and it does not have the mounting ears for the fan, an 80mm case fan fits on there perfect. It has also been grinded for clearance on one edge by the previous owner but it does not affect the perfomance it's merely cosmetic. If you want I can provide all the pics you need of it. I could do both shipped for $40.
