will Dell OEM CD work for you? Or you need retail?

Be aware that OEM versions will cease to be activated through the Internet starting next month. You'll have to call M$ and get an activation code from a real person who'll play 20 questions with you.
M$ wants that OEM copy to stay with the original computer.
