Needed, mboard and Case for AMD (sdr + usb2)

I need yo get this guy a new mboard and case. Only thing, I would need it to be DDR/SDR on the mboard as well as supporting USB2 everythign else I just dont care about. And a Powersuply in the case would be Great!

I have a duron 1.2g & cooler for it, 2 128meg sdr sticks, hd, cdrom, and floppy.

On board Nic and video would be Great also.

ATX, microATX what ever.

how much are you willing to spend ?

am tempted to go in for a system change and have spare crucial 2100 lying around if you need em'
