FS/T:Modded Webplayer w/extras,Touchpad Keyboard,CF 56k,CF Nic, & more!

Post by mscdex »

I'm looking to trade for an Athlon XP CPU XP1600/XP1700 or a Athlon/Duron 800mhz or faster, and an inexpensive but not crappy 1.3mp (2.0mp max) digital camera with flash and removable memory slot.

I'm also looking for a nice Handheld PC running H/PC or H/PC Pro. (e.g. Jornada 680/690/720, MobilePro 780/790, etc.).

I also have a bunch of comics, if anyone is interested: they are listed here - $35 + actual shipping? Make me an offer

Here's the stuff I got:

Systems
- Modded Virgin Webplayer - $90 shipped OBO
* upgraded to have 128mb memory (may be able to be upgraded to 256mb?, but it does use PC100 Sodimms)
* Win98Lite is installed on the built-in Flash ROM
* comes with special, custom-made cable that you can use to hook up a laptop hard drive (if you wish to install a full blown OS instead of using Win98Lite on the Flash ROM)
* the wireless keyboard w/ built in trackball
* hard plastic screen cover that fits over top of the screen, to keep it from being scratched
* power supply
Additional Specs include:
= Mini-PCI slot
= 2 USB ports
= Built-in speakers
= Audio-out and Mic jacks

(I'm going to throw in a 9.5mm 210mb Toshiba laptop hard drive and a USB Nic with the webplayer as well!)

- Modded I-Opener - PENDING
Specs:
* Pentium 200/233 MMX cpu (upgraded from very slow low-power Rise CPU) Note: This I-Opener is able to have an AMD K6-2 cpu put in, as long as you mod the board somehow to allow changing of voltages. See the Linux-Hacker.net I-Opener forum for more details.
* 128mb (Sodimm) memory (upgraded from 32mb)
* 10gb Toshiba laptop hard drive for installing a full blown OS (linux/windows 9x)
* Original bios chip replaced with the latest Wild Pencil BIOS (lets you get into the BIOS setup and change options, etc.)
* 1 USB port
* 1 Parallel Port
* 1 PS/2 Keyboard/Mouse hookup (combo keyboards or just keyboard)
* Lasagna Cooler (Fan)
* Special mounting plate for hard drive along with special IDE cable to hook up laptop hard drives
* Keyboard with built in control pad (mouse) in excellent condition
* 10" VGA LCD screen in excellent condition (has built-in mic, contrast controls, sound control slider, and power button), comes with LCD stand which is also in excellent condition
Everything is in excellent condition and has been carefully taken care of by me

***If you need/want any more information on the webplayer or i-opener, feel free to PM me or email me***
