Slightly modified to be cool and quiet. The Via C3 runs fanless. I replaced the stock 60mm case fan with a Vantec Stealth and the 40mm PSU fan with a much quieter one. I added holes to either side of the case to improve airflow through the PSU. You can place this box next to your other equipment without adding an undue amount of noise.

The Creative IR receiver is mounted in the 3½" faceplate and soldered to the serial port on the underside of the motherboard. I can disconnect it if the buyer would prefer to use the Hauppauge remote. I attached a handle to the back to make carrying the box easier.
