Anyone ever change a clutch themselves?

When i had my 97 Ford F-150 4x4 that was fun in the snow. Was out in about a foot of snow one night couldn't get moving in 2wd to do donuts so i popped it into 4hi and had a blast 4wd's will walk sideways on you when you try to correct out of a spin was cool as hell going almost sideways.
