Pretty interesting, and it shows how difficult this is to uncover short of tediously digging through the source code.
Also shows that Bosch was complicit, and I think they should also pay a penalty. No one at VW writes the code. Bosch writes the code based on the requirements from VW engineers. They damn well knew they were writing a cheat.
