I'd own a Tesla S if I could afford one. The thing gets automatic SW updates and you can summon it to come to you (self drive). How cool is that? Plus it's fast, quiet.

My friend has a VW TDI that's part of the buy back. He said he would get a Model S and sell back the Jetta ASAP if he could get the S right away.

The auto community really needs to start badmouthing these cars so they lose their resale value. Then we can actually afford to buy one.

You laugh but I'm serious. The price got quickly out of reach once we added all the features that make a Tesla a Tesla.
The "cheap" Model S got up to 90k quick. FFS!
